Spring News Twenty-Nineteen

March 1, 2019

The weather is warming and Drum is marching on. Spring is almost in bloom which means a new collection is upon us. Before I dive into the upcoming, I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for a memorable first year at our new home in Webster and an incredible five years of music making! This little music center has certainly grown and it's because of this amazing community that we continue to sing and dance together. This year the studio has opened its doors to new families and new ideas. There have been adult crafting events, kids craftathons, STEM classes, and even art galleries!!! There will be more things coming this year and I look forward to seeing everyone get creative and imagine at the studio.

A New Tambourine Songbook To Enjoy

The new edition of the Tambourine family songbook series is debuting this spring! Each song is brought to life through colorful and engaging illustrations by award-winning artist Jaime Kim and children's book illustrator Gerald Kelley. The new book will inspire your family to play with music all week long. You'll find it helpful to learn the lyrics, as a jumping-off point for creative storytelling, and to learn more about the songs you're singing in class. Your child may enjoy snuggling with you and singing through the whole book at once or opening to a page to tell you what song they want to sing!
